  • In 2007 the Council of Europe Development Bank Administration Council confirmed four loans for financing projects in Poland:

    • the 50 million EUR loan for the Raiffeisen Leasing Poland S.A. concerning the partial financing of about 4 thousand investment projects in the sector of small and medium- sized enterprises (MŚP) in Poland, aimed at the creation of about 2000 new employment opportunities and preservation of about 500 jobs,

     

    • the 85 million EUR loan for the bank BPH S.A. concerning the partial financing of investment projects undertaken by small and medium- sized enterprises as well as by the public sector entities in Poland, aimed at the creation and preservation of viable jobs, improving living conditions in urban and rural areas, protection of the environment and housing for low-income people,

     

    • the 50 million EUR loan for the bank BOŚ S.A. concerning the partial financing of investment projects in the fields of the improvement of the living conditions in urban and rural areas, protection of the environment, education and preservation of the historical and cultural heritage,

     

    • the 360 million PLN loan for the Region of Mazovia concerning the partial financing of investment projects, according with Long-term Investment Plan in the fields of: protection of health, improving living conditions in urban and rural areas, historical and culture heritage, education, protection of the environment and infrastructure of administrative and judicial public services.

    The sum total of the Council of Europe Development Bank loans granted to Poland came to 185 million EUR and 360 million PLN.
